Class 5 enjoyed their trip to the Tamar Suspensions Bridge on Monday morning. They spent a couple of hours at the Tamar Bridge Learning Centre where one of their extremely knowledgeable engineers talked about the construction of the bridge and took the children on a guided tour onto the bridge itself. The bleak, damp weather didn't worry the children, who all had a hugely informative morning.
